ENJOY YOUR LIFE AGAIN!

I understand how hard it is to live with depression. Feeling lethargic, unmotivated, irritable and isolated is painful — for you and for those who love you.

While depression can often feel relentless and overwhelming, the good news is that it’s treatable.

Whether it’s a case of the blues that you just can’t shake or clinical depression, I’ll work with you compassionately and collaboratively so you can start enjoying your life again.

Depression therapy at Human Nature Counseling

A TAILORED APPROACH UNIQUELY SUITED TO YOU

In depression therapy, I use a variety of therapeutic interventions, including cognitive behavioral therapy, psychodynamic psychotherapy and mindfulness. I’ll tailor a treatment approach that’s uniquely suited to you.

I’ll help you uncover unhelpful core beliefs and challenge distorted thinking that contributes to depression and low self-esteem. I’ll also help you develop a sense of resiliency and confidence to better manage difficult times, which are inevitable.

As your therapist, I’ll take an active role in helping you overcome depression. Together, I’ll help you go from surviving to thriving.
